Attorneys want tighter regulations on use of Lasers in cosmetic surgery

Laser Hair removal, Laser skin resurfacing, CO2 Laser etc are just some of the common Lasers procedures in Cosmetic Surgery. Lasers are supposedly safe, cheap & effective, but nobody seems to know the mishaps that lasers have caused on numerous people.

"Anyone can buy a laser and advertise services," says Attorney Karten, who has filed 5 million lawsuits on behalf of her clients who were disfigured by lasers. She adds, "There are no legal requirements for who can use them."
Many customers are complaining that none of these Laser centers know the proper procedures. All the technicians are quickly trained and most of them are not doctors.
